Deliverables are negotiable and will seek to align student and organizational needs.


Some final project deliverables may include:

  1. A 10-15 minute presentation on key findings and recommendations
  2. A detailed report including their research, analysis, ideas, designs and recommendations



As a client, you’ll engage in weekly check-ins with your student consultant to provide feedback and align on priorities. Meanwhile, students participate in online classes that equip them with industry-relevant tools and insights—ensuring they bring even greater value to your business.


During the term, the student-consultant will work with the client to establish:

  1. Statement of Work
  2. Non-Disclosure Agreement

The student will deliver the Final Report and presentation near the end of the term

Sep 18, 2025 Update: We have two student-consultant opportunities available:

  1. One candidate is a dual-certified Chartered Accountant (FCCA, ACA) with over 9 years of experience in financial reporting, investment analysis, and corporate valuation. They have a proven track record of automating financial processes—reducing monthly closing times from 7 days to 3—and are highly proficient in financial modeling and tools like Power BI and Tableau.
  2. The second candidate is a KPMG-trained Senior Auditor with over 8 years of experience in risk management, internal controls, and regulatory compliance (IFRS, SOX). A certified risk-based auditor, they have extensive experience developing strategic audit plans and presenting findings directly to senior management and audit committee

Strategic Growth Roadmap

  • Assess current market position and competitive dynamics.
  • Identify 2–3 strategic growth opportunities (new customer segments, partnerships, or product/service extensions, international market entries).

Operational Efficiency Assessment

  • Map a core business process (e.g., order fulfillment, scheduling, client onboarding).
  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements or automation opportunities.

Performance Dashboard Development

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for strategy and operations.
  • Create a simple tracking/reporting framework for management decision-making.

Customer Journey & Service Operations Review

  • Analyze how customers interact with the business from inquiry to post-sale service.
  • Recommend operational improvements to boost satisfaction and retention.

Scenario Planning & Risk Assessment

  • Identify key risks to business continuity or growth.
  • Develop 2–3 strategic scenarios with actionable contingency plans.
