Project Goal


JIT Logistics provides fast, reliable delivery services across Ontario, and advertises a wide range of logistics solutions online. While we have already developed a set of digital marketing strategies, weโ€™ve found it challenging to consistently execute and manage our online presence.

We are looking to collaborate with students to help review, manage, and post marketing content that promotes our services, builds our online brand, and drives traffic to our website.


Students will engage in the following activities:

  • Learn about JIT Logisticsโ€™ core services, brand voice, and target audience (e.g., e-commerce businesses, local retailers, B2B clients)
  • Review and improve existing marketing materials such as social media posts, email drafts, and promotional brochures
  • Schedule and post content across our digital platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) based on our social media calendar
  • Monitor and maintain our online channels to ensure they are active, relevant, and up to date


Bonus Activities May Include:

  • Recommending SEO strategies to make our website and marketing content more discoverable on search engines
  • Proposing improvements to content workflow, visuals, or engagement strategy

Students joining this project will gain real-world experience in working with a logistics brand focused on innovation, efficiency, and customer-first service.


Project Details

Students will work on the following tasks:

  • Create Marketing Materials:
  • Design and write engaging content for social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional graphics tailored to our core services.
  • Recommend Marketing Strategies:
  • Analyze our current marketing performance and suggest improvements in platform usage, messaging, and targeting.
  • Manage Content Scheduling:
  • Deploy the created content across digital platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn using our social media calendar and scheduling tools.
  • Oversee Online Channels:
  • Keep our online profiles up to date, monitor engagement metrics, and flag any underperforming or outdated content.


Bonus Tasks:

  • Recommend SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and improve search rankings.
  • Propose content ideas or series that resonate with logistics and small business audiences.


Final Deliverables

Students will be required to submit:

  1. Final Digital Marketing Package
  2. A folder containing all created marketing materials (graphics, captions, emails, etc.)
  3. Strategy Report
  4. A brief report outlining their recommendations for improving digital strategy, platform usage, and audience engagement.
  5. Posting & Scheduling Summary
  6. A simple document or spreadsheet showing what content was posted, when, and where.


Bonus Deliverables:

  • SEO checklist or proposed strategy document
  • Suggested monthly content calendar template
