Seneca Polytechnic is seeking partners for the Innovation Work-Integrated Learning (InnWIL) program , designed to provide students with hands-on experience developing intrapreneurial skills by tackling real-world challenges. Students will work in specialized or interdisciplinary teams to launch a new product / service or improve an existing product / service through market research and the development of a comprehensive, innovative launch plan. Students can come from various backgrounds, including but not limited to business, marketing, human resources, software engineering, software development, technology management, database applications, cybersecurity, data science & analytics, accounting & finance, financial planning, and child development.
