Seneca Polytechnic is seeking partners for the Innovation Work-Integrated Learning (InnWIL) program , designed to provide students with hands-on experience developing intrapreneurial skills by tackling real-world challenges.   Students will work in specialized or interdisciplinary teams to launch a new product / service or improve an existing product / service through market research and the development of a comprehensive, innovative launch plan.     Students can come from various backgrounds, including but not limited to business, marketing, human resources, software engineering, software development, technology management, database applications, cybersecurity, data science & analytics, accounting & finance, financial planning, and child development.    All students bring a strong foundation in problem-solving, research, and project management, along with experience using design and systems thinking methodologies.

Guided by your organizational objectives, a group of student-researchers in the strategy stream of our creative advertising program will perform quantitative, qualitative, and social listening research in order to provide you with key insights and strategic recommendations.

A team of 4-5 students to assist your organization on a Purchasing - Materials Management challenge! Based on the client's requirement, this can be a single challenge with multiple teams offering different solutions or multiple challenges assigned to different teams. Mentor: Prof. Phillips-a highly skilled practitioner, with experience at the Tier 1 & OEM levels. Skills incl.
