This analysis will help SwitchGear Limited and elevate2Great to better position themselves in the AI market by leveraging insights into competitor strategies. The project will involve researching various AI companies, analyzing their market presence, and evaluating their strategic approaches. Learners will apply their classroom knowledge of market analysis, strategic planning, and data interpretation to complete this project. The tasks are closely related and can be completed by a team of learners specializing in business or marketing studies.

Market research and business case viability
We are designing an AI platform to help students and other demographics with building higher skill levels not taught in universities and colleges in order to to gain employment in first jobs. We need to gain insight into gaps with the competitors that occupy the space today.

E-Learning Content Translation and Refresh Project
The main goal for the project is to provide support as the company refreshes its e-learning content by translating it into French and Spanish. The successful candidate will need to have proficiency in these languages and some technical acumen. They will also be taught how to use the company's Learning Management System.
