Alberta Dayhome Website Optimization Audit
The Alberta Dayhome Support Network seeks to enhance its online presence and effectiveness in engaging key audiences, including dayhome providers, parents, and sector partners. The current website requires a comprehensive audit to evaluate its performance in reaching and converting these target groups. The project aims to identify existing gaps, highlight strengths, and provide actionable recommendations to improve the site's marketing impact, accessibility, and user experience. By conducting this audit, learners will apply their classroom knowledge of digital marketing, user experience design, and web analytics. The project will focus on evaluating the website's content, design, navigation, and overall user engagement to ensure it effectively meets the needs of its diverse audience.

(Enhancing Membership Sales for Dayhome Provider Support Network in Alberta)
Project Title: Enhancing Membership Sales for Dayhome Provider Support Network in Alberta Project Description: We are a support network for dayhome providers in Alberta, offering resources, community support, and professional development opportunities. Our network is designed to help dayhome providers run successful and enriching dayhomes. We provide two ways to get connected with our network: Free Account: Basic access to resources and community support. Membership: Premium access to exclusive resources, advanced professional development, personalized support, and additional community features. Our goal for this year is to significantly increase our paid membership base. We believe that with the support and expertise of senior business students from Riipen Level Up, we can develop a comprehensive marketing plan to help us achieve this goal. What is the Main Objective of This Project? The primary objective of this project is to develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to grow our paid membership base. Problem Description: Currently, our support network has a strong base of free account holders, but we face challenges in converting these users into paid members. We need a robust strategy to highlight the value of our membership and attract new members. Expected Outcome: By the end of the project, we expect to have a comprehensive marketing plan that includes a detailed marketing strategy and actionable steps to increase membership sales. The plan should provide clear guidance on how to effectively market and advertise to convert free account holders to paid members, attract new members, and sustain membership growth.
